Triple digits into the year!

I feel like this should be a good time to look back and reflect. After all, in some cultures, reaching 100 days in a milestone and worth celebrating.

Funny how I don't feel like celebrating.

Instead, I'll mention a small win:

There's a work event coming up that has flowers as a theme, and I thought I should buy a new outfit for it. Until I remembered that I had at least a couple of dresses with flowers (and I rarely wear dresses, so why do I have so many?) plus a few blouses with flowers (and again... I rarely depart from my t-shirt and sweater combo, unless it's a t-shirt and hoodie combo).

But because I was already on the site, and it was the last weekend for a big sale, I started browsing and found some cute things. Until I started to ask myself if I had already purchased it, which sent me on a rabbit trail into email history and then I realized that I had purchased some clothes A YEAR AGO that I didn't remember seeing. There are brand new clothes in my house that are a year old, still with tags on, just stuffed into a corner because I didn't want to deal with them at the time.

All in all, I am not allowed new clothes any time soon.

Small win. But a bigger small, win, I think.
