It's Monday. I'm tired.

I plan to spend money on gas today but other than that, I think I can keep my funds to myself.

My taxes were accepted by the feds and state.

My $2.00 I owed the feds has been taken from my bank account (I was hesitant to use a checking account due to the shenanigans since 1/20 but the fee to use a credit card was ore than I what I owed, so I used the checking account I only created for travel purposes since it won't completely mess up my life if something happens to it).

I'm now waiting for my modest state return that will then pay off the last bit owed on the Not So Big Trip of 2025. With everything going on, I had a moment of doubt that we should take an expensive trip, but everything is aligning and while, yes, it's still expensive, it's not as expensive as it could be, and I will really need a vacation by the time October rolls around.

Tomorrow I am off work and plan to tackle some Big Chores that may involve going to the hardware store. Fun times.
