Day 44: Win some, lose some

The Warehouse Store siren call was resisted! Most of the impulse buys in the cart were not for me (except for the peppermint bark, but that was less of an impulse and more delight that it's that time of year again). The big item I added that will be just for me was contact lens solution. Which is a need. Not a shiny want.

I think I am getting better at telling myself "no." That I can delight in something and appreciate elements about it, then decide that it's not for me, that I will not take it home, and hope that someone else will appreciate it.

But I can't feel too smug because I have five(!) deliveries scheduled to arrive the next week. Sigh.
